I was really impressed by the Loess Inspiration. The nose is intense and inviting, with notes of ripe fruit and a hint of spice. The taste is full and complex, but not overwhelming. What I especially appreciate is the balance and the long finish, which goes perfectly with a good piece of meat. It is clear that this wine has been produced with great care. I can definitely recommend Loess Inspiration to anyone who loves rich, flavorful wines!

Maturation
The different components of this wine have matured for an average of 9 months on premium French oak with various toast levels. The barrels used are of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd use.
Viticulture
The grapes for this wine are specially selected from LOESS' own vineyards. Through tasting and analysis we determine the quality of the grapes and the ideal moment to harvest and vinify.
Harvest
Usually the harvest takes place in October, depending on the weather and the moment when the grapes are considered optimally ripe. We never rush the harvest, but let the grapes grow and ripen to ensure that they are selected in top quality. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and brought directly to the winery.
Revenues
The yield per hectare varies between 2,800 kg and 4,600 kg.
During a blending session, when creating the final blend for LOESS Crianza 2012, a flash of inspiration came which led to LOESS Inspiration. This created a new wine that fits perfectly into the LOESS Collection as a younger, less tannic wine.
The wine has a bright and sparkling appearance, with ruby and garnet hues. In the nose it is intensely fruity, with notes of red and wild blackberry fruit. In the mouth subtle hints of oak emerge, resulting in an elegant, juicy and silky finish.
